Terms of Service

The basics

By using Nexori, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, that's okay — but you shouldn't use the service. You need to be at least 13 years old to use Nexori. If you're between 13 and 17, make sure a parent or guardian knows you're using the platform.

What Nexori is

Nexori is an AI-powered website builder. You describe what you want, an AI builds it, and we host it for you. You can keep chatting with the AI to make changes, and it can maintain your site over time. We handle hosting, subdomains, custom domains, and ongoing updates as part of your plan.

Your account

Keep your login details safe — you're responsible for everything that happens under your account. Use real information when signing up, and let us know right away if you think someone else has access to your account.

Who owns what

The websites and content created through Nexori are yours. You can export your site files at any time. We just need a license to host and serve your site while you're a customer — nothing more.

The Nexori platform itself (our code, design, brand, etc.) belongs to us.

A note on AI-generated content: Your sites are built by AI based on your instructions. Copyright law around AI-generated content is still evolving in many countries. While you own the content as far as we're concerned, we can't guarantee how courts or copyright offices in your country will treat AI-generated work. This isn't unique to Nexori — it applies to all AI-generated content everywhere right now.

How AI works on Nexori

When you chat with the AI on Nexori, your messages and site content are sent to a third-party AI service to generate responses and build your site. This is how the product works — there's no way around it.

Your content is not used to train AI models. Each site runs in its own isolated environment, and your data isn't shared with other users.

Don't be a jerk

You can't use Nexori to build sites that:

• Contain illegal content or promote illegal activity
• Infringe on someone else's intellectual property
• Spread malware or phishing scams
• Harass, threaten, or target individuals
• Facilitate fraud or deception

We have content filters in place and reserve the right to take down sites or suspend accounts that violate these rules. We also filter inappropriate names, slugs, and forum content.

Admin access

Our team may access your site data and conversations for the purpose of providing support, investigating abuse, fixing bugs, or improving the service. We won't read your stuff for fun — it's only when there's a legitimate reason. We keep audit logs of admin activity.

Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly at the price shown when you subscribe. We might change prices in the future, but we'll give you at least 30 days' heads up. You can cancel anytime and you'll keep access until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled case by case — just reach out and we'll figure it out.

Uptime and reliability

We do our best to keep things running, but we can't promise 100% uptime. Maintenance, updates, and the occasional hiccup happen. We're not on the hook for losses caused by downtime, but we'll always communicate openly about any issues.

Liability

We're a small team doing our best. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using Nexori. If something does go wrong, our total liability is capped at what you've paid us in the last 12 months.

Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from your settings. We'll remove your data and take down your sites within 30 days. We recommend exporting your site files first — once it's gone, it's gone. We may also close accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

We might update these terms as Nexori grows. If anything major changes, we'll email you and give you at least 30 days before the new terms kick in. Continuing to use Nexori after that means you're good with the changes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
