By accessing or using Nexori ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. The Service is operated by Nexori and is available to users who are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Description of Service

Nexori is an AI-powered website builder and maintenance platform. The Service allows users to create, deploy, and maintain websites through a conversational AI interface. Nexori provides hosting, domain management, and ongoing site maintenance as part of its subscription plans.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to update your information as necessary. You must notify Nexori immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content and code generated through the Service on your behalf. Nexori retains ownership of the platform, its software, trademarks, and proprietary technology. You grant Nexori a limited license to host and serve the websites you create through the platform for the duration of your subscription.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create websites that contain illegal content, infringe on intellectual property rights, distribute malware, facilitate fraud, or violate any applicable laws. Nexori reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually at the rates displayed at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

7. Service Availability

Nexori strives to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, updates, and unforeseen outages may temporarily affect access to the Service or hosted websites. Nexori is not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexori shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Nexori's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may export your site data before your account is deactivated. Nexori may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

10. Changes to Terms

Nexori reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
