Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously, but we also want this to be readable. Here's what we collect, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Stuff you give us:

  • Account info — your name, email, and password
  • Payment info — processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.
  • Your websites — the content, files, and conversation history with the AI

Stuff we collect automatically:

  • Usage data — what features you use, how often, session length
  • Device info — browser type, operating system, IP address
  • Analytics on your published sites — page views, visitor counts (this data is shown to you in your dashboard)

How we use it

  • To run the service — build your sites, host them, process payments
  • To improve Nexori — understand what works and what doesn't
  • To keep things safe — detect abuse, prevent fraud, block spam
  • To communicate with you — billing updates, support responses, service announcements

How AI uses your data

This is important, so let's be clear:

  • When you chat with the AI, your messages and site content are sent to a third-party AI provider to generate responses and build your site. This is core to how Nexori works.
  • Your content is not used to train AI models.
  • Each site runs in its own isolated container — your data is never mixed with other users' data.
  • The AI may remember details about your site (like your business name or color preferences) to give better responses. You can see and manage what it remembers from your workspace.

Third-party services

We use a few external services to run Nexori. Your data is shared with them only as needed:

  • AI provider — processes your chat messages and site content to build and maintain your sites
  • Payment processor — handles billing and subscriptions securely
  • Email provider — sends transactional emails (password resets, notifications)
  • CDN / DNS provider — delivers your sites quickly and handles domain routing
  • Hosting provider — the servers where your sites live

We don't sell your data to anyone. Ever.

Where your data lives

Our servers are located in the United States. Your data may also be processed by our third-party providers in the US or other countries. By using Nexori, you're okay with your data being transferred and processed outside of your home country. We make sure our providers meet reasonable security standards.

Admin access

Our team may view your site data or conversation history when providing support, investigating reported abuse, or fixing bugs. We don't browse user accounts for fun. Admin actions are logged.

Data security

We use encryption, access controls, and isolated containers to protect your data. That said, nothing on the internet is 100% bulletproof. We do our best, but we can't guarantee absolute security — no one honestly can.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we'll remove your personal data and site content within 30 days. Some things (like billing records) may be kept longer if the law requires it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • See what personal data we have on you
  • Fix anything that's wrong
  • Delete your data (you can do this from your account settings)
  • Export your site files
  • Object to how we process your data
  • Withdraw consent at any time

If you're in Canada, you're covered under PIPEDA (the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act). If you're in BC, PIPA also applies. Either way, you have the right to access, correct, and challenge how we handle your information. Just email us.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences (like dark mode). That's pretty much it. No creepy tracking cookies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

Age requirement

You need to be at least 13 to use Nexori. If you're between 13 and 17, a parent or guardian should be aware that you're using the platform. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If we find out we have, we'll delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy

If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we'll let you know by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Small fixes (like typos) won't get an announcement.
